Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LyfAgentOS (“the Platform,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LyfAgentOS.

2. Eligibility

LyfAgentOS is available exclusively to licensed life and health insurance agents who hold a valid National Producer Number (NPN) issued by NIPR. By signing up, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You hold an active insurance producer license in at least one U.S. state
• The NPN you provide during registration is accurate and belongs to you
• You are using the platform for lawful professional purposes

Accounts found to have submitted false NPN information will be terminated without refund.

3. Account Registration and Approval

Creating an account does not immediately grant access. All new accounts are subject to a review period of 1–2 business days during which we verify the provided NPN. You will receive an email notification when your account is approved and access is granted.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

LyfAgentOS is offered as a monthly subscription at $47 per month (“Subscription Fee”). There is one plan that includes full access to all features. Billing begins upon account approval and recurs monthly on the same date. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice delivered by email or via in-app notification. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LyfAgentOS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations
• State insurance regulations and licensing requirements
• Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry rules
• All applicable data privacy laws

You may not use the Platform to:

• Contact individuals on DNC lists in violation of applicable law
• Engage in unauthorized marketing, spam, or misleading communications
• Store or process data on behalf of unlicensed third parties
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Platform's code or data
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all lead data and business data you upload to the Platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any data you import into LyfAgentOS and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. You are solely responsible for the legality of your lead data and your outreach activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LyfAgentOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by technical failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyfAgentOS and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, submission of false information, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent removal.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
