LyfAgentOS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the LyfAgentOS platform, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool built for licensed life insurance agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our services at lyfagentos.com.

By using LyfAgentOS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, National Producer Number (NPN), and password. NPN is required to verify your active insurance license before granting access to the platform.

Agent Profile Data

You may voluntarily provide additional information including your business name, Twilio phone number, appointment scheduling link, timezone, and licensed states.

Lead and Business Data

We store the lead data you import into the platform, including but not limited to contact information, insurance and mortgage details, call history, notes, and appointment records. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users or third parties.

Usage and Log Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access our platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and platform improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the LyfAgentOS platform
• To verify your insurance license via NPN during account review
• To send transactional emails (account approval, password reset, appointment confirmations)
• To monitor for unauthorized access and enforce our Terms of Service
• To improve platform functionality and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or lead data to third parties. We do not use your lead data for our own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on all database tables, and access control that ensures agents can only access their own data.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

LyfAgentOS integrates with the following third-party services to provide core functionality:

• Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure
• Twilio — Outbound calling (when you initiate calls from the platform)
• Google Calendar — Appointment synchronization (only when you connect your Google account)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their functions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Login attempt logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your lead data at any time from within the platform

8. Children's Privacy

LyfAgentOS is intended solely for licensed insurance professionals who are adults (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
